SAYYAS is a specialty enterprise in China that focuses on R&D and production of wood window systems founded in 1998. In China, wood-aluminum window and passive house window were born in SAYYAS in 1999. Our four series are wood windows, wood-aluminum windows, passive house windows and curtain walls. Our company has a plant area of 30,986 square meters and staff of more than 710, so our annual production capacity is 500,000 square meters.
In 2011, our company founded Ha’nan New Industry Area. Estimated yearly production capacity is around 1.8 million square meters, which is one of the largest wood window bases in China. It will also be passive factory in the world.
Our four experimental centers are the following: test lab of door-window tri-property, test lab of door-window thermal insulation property, test lab of door-window mechanical property and physical lab of door-window.
ISO 9001 Quality System-certified
We passed the PHI passive house window certificate, ISO 9001 quality system certificate, CCC and also passive house component certification. We use KLAES software from Germany for window and door design. We also use a unique ID card for every SAYYAS product which is a window’s ID to help us track and trace back each quality issue. All of these make our company a highly qualified and good choice for you.
Ninety percent of our materials are imported from Germany. Our wood, hardware and paint are also from Germany. We follow ISO 9001 guidelines in our factories. And we have 30 inspectors using testing equipment from Italy to make sure our products are worthy of their CE marks.
R&D Training in Germany
Our two factories cover 50,000 square meters, and are staffed with 700 workers and equipped with six production lines from Germany and Italy to ensure a monthly output of 2 million square meters of windows. Our 15 R&D specialists work with the Harbin Institute of Technology and receive technical training in Germany every year. Together, we develop three to five new products each month.
